This project was for a mock client couple, one of which uses a wheelchair. Both required home offices to work from and requested additions such as a media room, guest room, guest bathroom, and accommodations for their two cats.
This home is located in a newly renovated apartment building on St. Paul street in Rochester, NY. The clients purchased two units on separate floors and wanted to turn them into a two-story home with a soaring space that could be looked down on from the upper level.

For this project, I was challenged to create a home for a mock client that could have no more than 18' of living space. This did not include outdoor areas, garages, or vaulted ceilings so long as nothing in those spaces was a necessity for living (i.e. lighting must hang below the 18' height).
