The Hungerford Offices

        During this office design studio, we were tasked with designing office spaces on the second floor and a portion of the third floor of building E in the Hungerford building, located at 1115 East Main Street in Rochester, New York. On level 2 of this project are 4 fully furnished rentable office suites that can suit the office needs of any local small business. On level 3 of the building, this office space is geared towards the game design industry, hoping to draw in a game design firm to Rochester. The aesthetics of each space are guided by the owner's desire to maintain and improve the original industrial features of the building and create a sense of place through a train theme, tying the spaces to the adjacent railyard.
